Дворецът "Пити"

Флоренция, Италия

The Pitti Palace was designed in the middle of the 15th century by Brunelleschi on the order of the rich Florentine merchant Luca Pitti. In 1550, the building was bought by the Medici family. They later reconstructed and expanded the palace and made it their main residence. It is currently the largest museum complex in Florence, spread over an area of 32,000 square meters. It houses the Medici's priceless collection of treasures. Here you can also see the beautiful Boboli Gardens, representing the classic Italian gardens of the 16th and 17th centuries, spread over the nearby hill, from which a wonderful view of Florence is revealed.
