Lugano is a charming Swiss town located just a few kilometers from the Italian border. Lugano is the southernmost city of Switzerland and the ninth most populous in the country. Lake Lugano, on whose shores the city is located, is located south of the Alps, between two other famous lakes - Maggiore and Como.
